Holy Cow Dude!!!

THOSE THINGS ARE MASSIVE:eek: You should be careful with those, if you go fast enough, you might just take off :face-icon-small-ton:face-icon-small-hap

Why on earth would you do that to your poor Ski Doo? Are you planning on buying the big Japanese sled next year?? (I didn't say the Ap#$ word)

they are massive i spent a lot of time looking at mine today too :D but they sure float well when pulling up against other sled mine are always on top of the snow where theirs are down a good 4 inches. yes there on a big heavy Japanese sled :D

Have you ever stoped and thought for just one damn second, that maybe that is exactly what I want my sled to do???????????????????? :face-icon-small-hap

The reason I put them on is cause she is going to be seeing some deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep snow! Kind of wanted to see if these would keep the front from plowing a road. Time will tell.?.?

WoW them suckas are Big

You may have to switch to 2x12 runners in the shed.
let us know how they ride.

We put a set on both of our 04 Summit X's earlier in the month. The first thing I noticed was how quickly the front of the sled gets on plane. I'm pretty sure they have already saved me from getting stuck several times. They are wide though, and there is just enough room to squeeze both onto our sledbed trailer...

I had them for a half season last year on a 136" sled on the Praries. Theya re big, and heavy (~9.5 lbs per ski) but they work better in washed out corners than my pair of original Simmons did. The biggest problem I have is that the skis almost float more than the 136" track does now :(

Maybe someone should think about porting them.

I'm looking forward to putting a set on my 900 MC.... should really help to keep that heavy front end floating in the pow pow.

Yeah.. I would if the sled was gonna stay here where I loive, but im gonna be taking her far far away. to a new home...

you will need them things with all the snow we got in the last week its over your head deep:D:beer;

I cant wait to get up there.. looking forward to the good stuff. I was thinking since its only 144, I could use all the help I could get and these looked like something worth trying out.

Did you figure out the weight difference? I would like to know before switching.

They def. feel heavier, so I would have to gues 1-2 lbs heaver or so maybe. but heck, I weight 225 so whats a couple pounds..

Did it seem to help your shorter track do better in deeper snow as compaired with a stock size ski?

I've been toying with the notion of putting those on my 900 RMK ... I'm sure they work really well in deep powder, but we're severly lacking that here right now .... How do they do on hardpack and trails? I know that question is phenomenally retarded, but we don't have any pow right now :(

I spose I could pick up a pair and then if they suck on the trail, put the Gen I's on, and vice versa ... run em onm pow days or something,

I dont know

Anyone tried these on their IQ sled?

Brad Story told me they dart less than the Gen 1's on the trail. They do take a little more steering effort, tho. He also said it responds just as good as the Gen 1's in every other aspect, but has a severe edge in the steep and deep.

maybe I could go with the 08' spindles and the Gen II's .... that might be a good combo.
