Denali Decks

For 1550 you could buy a welder and the deck and fix it yourself.

Ask on dootalk I think theres a few members over there that own these.

Is there a dealer close to prince george?

I own a marathon and its had to be welded.

Ive owned two silverlakes and they both needed to be welded.

Full lotus looks like the strongest.

Are all of those aluminum ? Thats one of the problems with aluminum, When it is welded and then in a enviroment where there is lots of vibration it cracks.

I own a fab shop and have made plenty of decks. I just finished my own deck with slide outs. I'll never build one again! I'd rather be riding than having to spend more time in my shop. Friends have asked me to build one for them and I now tell them to buy a cheap knock-off and we'll beef them up. The basics are there... they just need to be reinforced in certain areas and the electrical need to be cleaned up. You can save alot of money by doing this.

What's the number to the guy in kelowna who sells them?

Do they come with a bar to tie the skis down?

Some pictures of these decks have a two piece ramp and some have expandable ramps which one do you get?

Are the legs adjustable so they can fit a long box and short box truck?

The # is 250.878.8959.His name is Ray Peters.
There are no tie downs. There are 12mm nuts welded to the bottom of the holes. I got some 12mm ready rod and some superclamp eyes and cut off the thread on the eye and welded the ready rod to the eye. If you are going to do this you will need the older steel eyes and not the new aluminum ones.
I have the 2 piece ramp...seems to be a little stronger than the expandable one,yet not as easy to use.
The legs are adjustable for 6 or 8 ft box.
The wiring is crap...you will need to replace it.
There are no glides of any kind on the deck. You will have to install superglides or something else as not to ruin the plywood.

All in all, still way cheaper than anything else on the market.
He sells a ton of these things and I believe his current shipment is all sold out.

Good luck.

I just rewired my denali deck put mini LED's in and new wire through out. Looks awesome and works great now cost me about 95 bucks for everything!!!! Deck looks and works awesome now for the price.:D

Well I have had my Denali deck for 3 years now....no cracks or repairs needed.I replaced the wiring right away, but that was it. The two piece ramp is a pain in the azz but it still works and it is not bent. The sides still slide in and out without any issues and the decking is still good....no superglides or anything on the deck. I would buy this deck again !!!

Denali Deck

I just picked up a denali deck from Rays nephew in Abbotsford. I found him on kijiji. The deck is freeking solid, plus only cost 1650.00. I asked about the wiring... apparently that was an issue with the older versions... but the new led lighting works better. Love that I was able to buy directly from the dealer (wholesaler) saved me at least 1k.
