Deep but not Steep

I won't share all of my secret spots, but the east side of Island Park as well as the Warm River area (by Ashton) always keep deep stuff with out the steep hills.

There are lots of good places in SE Idaho to ride the powder, both steep, and not so steep. Inman Canyon outside of Pocatello (near Pebble Creek Ski resort is fun once the snow starts to pile up. Franklin Basin outside of Preston, either Cub River (head towards Logan) or Mink Creek (head towards Grace/Soda Springs/Montpelier). 8 mile outside of Soda Springs is alot of fun. Anywhere in Island Park is great, yes there are more crouds, but with all the trail systems there you can take off in most directions and find some great lines. Nowhere to ride yet though, let's all keep praying for snow.
