December 3-5th Tog ride, I got info and accomodation

Should have the boards done by Tuesday evening. You got me hooked up on oil? Sky said by Thursday/Friday he would have an answer. Hey btw, don't you love getting negative rating when you post an opposing view??? Hatchers was giving Quadswest a hard time and needed to be set straight for poaching members off SW. He didn't like it! Love it, don't speak up if you aren't ready to get some heat!!
 
I know you guys probably know this but in case you haven't heard. I had a friend drive over Tog pass Sunday and he declared that it was completely unrideable with about 6" in most spots. He said the only sleds he saw were on the trails. Again, this is 3rd person but I have seen another post where the poster said "I wouldn't ride a stolen sled out there right now". Just wanted to pass it along. I would be going that way this weekend if there was more snow. Good luck

I got first hand report from Megan at Brooks Lake and she says good riding up around the lakes too.

Just checked NWS and they show 30% chance of snow on Tuesday then again on Friday and Saturday.;)

Thanks Johnny raincloud!;) This was the same talk that took place days before departing last year.

Snotel is still showing 24" and I almost always find them to be on the low side of what is actually there. Also my buddy "Saddlebags" just rode there friday and said found areas of over the hood snow. If all else fails, will be a great time of stories, poker, Mountain Dew, and Poopie Pants gas.:face-icon-small-hap

I know I am just razzin ya.:D Yeah last year the lodge kept telling us they had snow, etc. So we went. What was our surprise when we woke up in the morning to see DIRT!:eek:

Anyway headed up to the summit and rode into brooks lake and up around two ocean and lava mountain and had a fantastic time.:cool:

I am expecting about the same this year. One good thing will be that it won't take us 2 hours to get from Soda to Thayne.:face-icon-small-hap

Keep the up to date data streaming please! From what they already have (no snowmelt) it's more than last year with daily/periodic snows. We are going!

I am the Amsoil source dan, well actually my pa.
He didn't have an updated price sheet. He never registered online, but did so yesterday... Supposedly a 24 hour wait for registration to take place.
He IS a dealer, and I am hoping to have a price tonight.
Depending on how soon you need it, he and his neighbor ar shooting to order at the same time to keep frieght charges down.
I will let you guys know ASAP.
If anyone else is in need of oil or any ams products, let me know so we can save us all some cash.

Still looking forward to tog and meeting you guys, regardless of snow conditions.

well I'm hoping that it's gonna be a good time. hopefully it does snow. I did see that theres a chance of snow this week/weekend. HOpefully it puts out atleast a foot thursday/friday night :)

No hoping or doubting...........there will be FUN and there will be SNOW. May not be new, but it will be there.:cool::face-icon-small-hap

there is enough snow to ride from the lodge to the summit up the rode a few miles... I know from the guy I rode up there with this time that you couldn't do that this time last year.
