Dealer worth thier weight in gold!

After my last experience with my dealer Im convinced the dealer is just as important as the brand when you decide to spend $10,000.00 on a toy! I have been frustrated with a problem with my sled. It has been compounded by the fact that this week has been the deepest best snow of the year and my goat has issues? My dealer Mnt. High Motorsports in West Jordan Ut. 801-565-1300 has done EVERYTHING possible to make me happy, ask my wife that is not easy. The service I have got from the whole store is what should be the industry standard. Thanks to all at Mnt. High I wish you all could have such good guys in your corner!! To many bi-ch threads lately I just thought the sled world should know it aint all bad.:D:beer;:D:beer;

I'll have my goat the first of the week. We gotta hit the good stuff bro! My buds are on thier way to McAll right now! We got killer snow here. Next time your even close let me know. Wad on here (actually Wade) is up in your neck good guy, kinda sick like you;) we need to hook up I think it would be smile so big your face hurts day!

When you say "hit the good stuff", do you mean trees? Perhaps thats why your goat is down.....:D

I agree, I gots to give props to my dealer also.

I bought a BFN Nytro, spring order, that at 138 miles, both front shocks snapped right at the rod end. My dealer and Yami was so confused as to why
they would break without and damage to the sled. I didn't hit anything. Yamaha sent a rep. to look at my sled. He couldn't figure out why they
broke. Told my dealer to just put new shocks on it. They did, I took the sled
and was riding with the wife on a long weekend at a cabin. At 220 miles, one of the shocks broke again, in the same spot on the shock. I called my dealer
from the cabin, which is about 175 miles from my dealer and told the service manager what had happened and that they'll be getting it back. About an hour later the owner of the dealership calls me up and said they feel bad about and offered to bring me a sled to finish my weekend with.
I took the sled to them for the repairs, they called me and said they found the problem and felt so bad about what transpired and that they didn't
catch it the first time, they upgraded my shocks to Fox Floats... for free!

Can't ask for better service!

Hammer,

If you dont mine me asking.. what was the problem...and the fix?? Was it set up?

I remember reading your post when it first happend and did not keep up with the tread.

Thanks
Skoka:beer;

The bolts on the lower mount, when tightened, would clamp down on the
shock not allowing it to piviot. Turns out it was some misplaced washers on the inside instead of the outside. The first time, the Rep. said put new ones on. When they did, the tech just put it back together the way it came apart. lol

I agree on the dealer. Wyane at Alpine Yamaha in Livingston MT has treated me great everytime I send my friends over there he always seems to have the parts they need that is nice part about a dealer that carries 100% of one brand. He is also installing my turbo kit as well.

Jim bring that stroker up and let me "hit a tree" with it.;)
I actually like the guys at my shop. Go figure?

I agree whole heartedly. I've been getting stuff from EAPAC for close to ten years. was always nickle and diming them and they would alway throw down smokin deals for a guy that didn't buy new and didn't have more than 10 bucks in his pocket. well now I've bought 2 sleds there this year and still treat the little guy the same as the guy thats dumjping some coin.:) It just doesn't get any better than that. i have had other dealers that don't care or acctually try pawning off there mess ups on there customers. man a good Dealer IS worth there weight in gold!!! heres to you ERPAC!!!:beer;

Kevco Rocks! Truly one of the Snowest good guys...

Thanks again for all of the help today and I hope that sled comes together soon! Great meeting you and Nick

Sounds like I-80 just opened up and 50 miles of stopped cars and trucks are making their way West as we speak!

Hopefully we'll see you guys early in the coming week!

Note to self: Freak is good with the camera when in compromising positions, avoid if possible.
