DD whine with 5203 bearing

Rebuilt two of my DD's at the same time, one with a 6203 the other with a 5203. The 5203 is still whining sort of loud, the one with the 6203 is relatively quiet. Is this normal or should I disassemble and replace the 5203 with the stock size skf. About 30miles since replacement of bearings and seals. the one with stock bearing is a 09 the one with 5203 is a '10.

Are you sure its the DD causing the whine? I will get a whine if not running in good snow conditions(or on the trail)-its the rubber boot on the jackshaft.

Did the DD cover go on easy when you reassembled? Did you check the other bearings?

I used BDX gears when I reassembled and their 5203 bearing they sell, I figured it would be ok but after doing some reading I guess I should pull it out and have it machined. For now I will just replace with the spacer and a 6203.
