The Chassi is an 05, but it has all the 06 plastics. The motor has about five hundred miles on a fresh top end when the porting was done. The motor is very strong.
Is there room for hooking up an oil tank and putting a resivoir somewhere? Or would it be too much of a PITA? Pre-mix is not an option for me. I assume it will run on 91 octane at 0-3000 ft. too?
Does the price of $8500 include the Holz rear susp. or Edge rear susp.? Did Doug Ruth do the porting(Case and/or Cyl porting?) Stock heads? Any other mods to the motor? Looks like it still has the Team secondary on it? Any idea what the dry or wet weight is of the sled? What elevation(clutching/jetting) setups do you have for it? Just out of curiousity, do you use the 3211080 belt on this sled?
8500 includes the edge rear suspension. And yes Doug Ruth did the cylinder porting. It has sock compression heads and no case porting. So besides the porting I left the motor stock for reliability. The sled is aproximently 450 pounds. And it uses the stock Iq belt. I think its a 3211104. Its set up to run from 3-6 thousand feet. I run 350 main jets. 58 grahm weights with an almond square spring. The motor runs really hard. If your interested I also have an ez-ryde rear suspension that is the most awesome rear suspension I have ever hade. I would be willing to sell that also if that interest you.
How much for the Holz and how much for the EZ-Ryde? You headed East anytime soon? I'm in South Dakota. I really like this sled but that's a long ways away.
1200 For the Holz and 1600 for the Ezryde. This sled is an awesome sled. You would absolutly love it. I am not heading east anytime. I might be able to meet you somewhere, or I have had really good luck shipping sleds. I bet it would only cost around 200 bucks to ship. I once shipped a sled to callifornia, and I bought a sled from a guy in michigen.
These sleds take a hugh amount of time and effort to build, this looks like a good sled especially for that price.
Someone will be getting a good deal.
Good luck.
