probably heading up tomorrow... is there as much pow as revelstoke or is it still concrete? and is there still enough snow to unload right beside the main road that follows the lake?

Heard there was about 4 to 5" fresh last couple days.

Weather Network says snow today & Fri.

Lots of snow down low, everyone still unloading at first parking lot.

Not sure about the concrete, didn't make it up last weekend. But weekend before there was an inversion layer half way up trail. -12 at bottom and +6 up top so snow was pretty wet and I would imagine some areas (direct sunlight) are like concrete but could be wrong.

If you head up the face to the first cabin watch out, heard it was really icy part way up and people were sliding down backwards.

Anyone else been up this week?

Crowfoot snow

Yes concrete and yes slid back down the face, caught my attention , saved it and made it over, but deffinitely slippery!!!!

just got back an hour ago and on saturday it was deep but not that bad... about a foot of fresh maybe 1.5 but on sunday there was another 3" and that was a great day... stayed up there for a long time(until maybe 8:30pm) and by the time we left there was another 6" and it snowed all night... down right beside the lake got another 6" overnight and I imagine that there is about another 10" up top now... so total up top should be about two feet or so give or take a few inches... face is really icy.. went down first and was going fast to start and just gained speed from there... didnt want to go up and have a 9,000 dollar sled turn into a pile of bent parts... but definately worth while going up.... day one we went to grizzly after we played off to the right of the ridge.... we tried to find the trail that runs across the side but we just couldnt find it... it was WAIST DEEP over at the bottom of grizzly.. could play there for hours... hope I helped those who wanted to know!!:beer;

that sounds sick...with the weather this week next weekend could be really good....im also in the langley area...might have to make the trip next weekend

we cant... homeshow at BC place is coming up and we still have to design the booth:eek: but you never know... sledding-work-sledding-work-sledding-work.. too many choices!!:confused:
