Does anyone else have asphalt to the snow like we do here in NE Nevada? I'm thinking about taking a spring road trip about mid-May when our snow no longer reaches our asphalt. I enjoy spring riding just as much as any other time of year. Here's a couple fun pictures from a few days ago in the Rubies, this is my favorite mini-drop, it's about as high as us old guys care to drop from.
This spring has been pretty darn special, very little hard snow, almost every weekend for the last 2 months has been a quality ride. Does anyone know if there is access to the snow on Mt. Baker in late May? Years ago I was on an Elk hunt due south of Mt. Rainier, I was glassing the mountain one day and thought to myself, I wonder if there is any access to all that snow year round? I'd sure enjoy riding every month of the year if possible.
