Friend of mine recently purchased a turbo kit for his D8 from turbo performance (turboboyz.com), and after getting over the fact that they misrepresented an SPS kit for one of their own, finding a multitude of missing parts (oil drain flange, O2 sensor and gauge, all clutching parts weights helix ect, finding several other issues such as "O" rings that were already cracked and deteriorated, and crappy directions that had been photocopied a half million times so you can't make anything out in the pics) he is now having a difficult time getting Mr. turbo boy to call or text him back. His voice mailbox is full, so you can't leave him a message, he won't respond to text messages. Interestingly he will call back one guy who happens to be a mutual friend, but even that is becoming rare. Is it that its the off season and he thinks that customer service can be lax or what? anyone else had this issue with this company? I can tell you that this friend of mine is just about ready to take time off of work and make the drive from Idaho down to Utah and let this fella know how he feels. And he may be interested to know that his reputation in this area is taking a beating over this. now before you flame me, keep in mind that I don't have a dog in the fight here, but if anyone has any info on how to get this company to move with a purpose, it would be appreciated. any alternate numbers? E-mail? Anything?
