Cracking turbo headers on Nytro?

Reading into this more and looking for more info on the header cracking issues.

Are there Nytros with enough miles/hours to get a feel for header cracking issues yet?

Which materials/kits are less prone? Or last longer?

Whats the life expectancy?

Rear mount Nytro (Powderlites or MCX) - stock headder ... no worries about header cracks...or heat/fuel cell issues for that matter...

Just put Dave's (Powderlites) kit on and am extremely pleased with the performance with the new RB3 controller box - highly recommended.

the nytro should not have the issues the apex did, a sled reving at 11000rpm tends to make allot more exaust heat than a sled turning 8600rpm because of less heat cycles.the right turbo helps allot too getting the exaust flow right so it donst build to much heat in the turbo the 28rs seems a much better match.the vector witch is the same basic motor never had many header issuse almost non exsistant.

If they fail I am sure Jannetty will blow off that he has the cure for the problem .11or 12 hundred bucks later you should have a header that cracks and also does not make any power. also with that cost there is a no money back wind bag guarantee that you got screwed. My apex header I purchased is cut open and disected no wonder it cracked. They ground all weld material off to make it look pretty. Help guys to post the pics on here.No one should get sucked in by a vendor like some of us here.

Did you get that 40th DJ? You need to change you sig line and username
from Rotax to Genisis.

More than 8, less than 18!

I'll be happy if I can go home with a sled that still runs 100%, and is ready for the next day/weekend. I don't mind if others are walking over me. hah
