cpc pump gas

What is everything set at? AFR is in the ball park. Check all of your connections and make sure nothing is loose, especially the grounding wire. Are your spark plugs good? Were they gapped narrower as per CPC recommendations? Are the extra exhaust springs installed? Is there possibly an exhaust leak. Are your reeds ok?

Does the Attitude box do the green light back and fourth cycle and then stop on the left to let you know the box is ok?

I did mention spark plugs, yes. Change them to brand new ones, as is also suggested in the turbo manual. Be sure to narrow the gap to .020. You can use a feeler gauge to measure this gap. The gap of the stock plug is wider and there is a possibility of the spark getting blown out. I'm not sure how much truth there is to that theory but I'm not a turbo builder/designer so I just did what I was told.

Once again, check all of your connections and piping to make sure everything was installed properly. Replace the plugs with brand new ones and narrow the gap before installing. Don't take any short cuts. If everything was installed as per the instructions, there shouldn't be any issues. I know this because I installed mine and it hauls as$:)

Did you get the fuel controller figured out? What were the settings?

If you set your sled up with all of the numbers I gave you earlier it will work and have you in the ballpark. After that you will need to fine tune to get your afr exactly where you want it.
