Cooke City...D-bag central???

In my first thought I'd like to believe there is a possibility he didn't see u son or didn't know he was doing whips its an open area to play on hence the term public land jmho and yes my sled is faster lighter better smarter lol just kiddin

I think you may have just joined the ranks of the so called d-bags. I understand the rant but you could have titled it a little more respectively. 90 percent of the people who ride there are from out of state. Odds are the d-bags that you are speaking of are your neighbors and not from Cooke.

ment an Up not a down my bad,

And it happens pretty much everywhere. It is sad when the youngest in your group cannot putz around in a meadow because a pro rolls off the trail at 50 mph and feel the need to cut them off while doing some "epic" carving.

Arson fires are determined at the source.

Next week Hawk Fest will own that little town, at least what isn't boarded up. Promotion ain't their strong suit, say I was to post a review, it would start with, "The pizza is great!", and "It's the end of the road"!, till spring that is.:focus:

Some of those who reside 365 are oblivious to what the place could be but how can you help your society keep an average when the majority come from below.

This will be their last time hosting their third in a row, 7th annual group event, mostly our fault since we had agreed it would be at random locations. I heard one of our biggest group of above rollers room reservations were made for the following Mon, no hot water, how you supposed to follow the shampoo instructions.

Town drunks starting some poor guest's bike at 3am because it was there, old west style fights at the poker table, waitresses wanting to RIDE anything they can get their paws on, hey wait this sounds like a blast!

It's great everyone is getting together I just wish we would have known there were two groups going then, we will be there 15th-20th. The area is easily squished and we are going with our 15 year old for his first time riding mountains, I was hoping he'd get some real pow experience. I love a big group, just kind of scared we won't find fresh for him to ride on. If it wasn't for the wilderness areas there'd be more than enough play areas. I'm doing my snow dance! Ride safe everyone!

The Snowest forum ride is also that weekend. We are heading to West Yellowstone.

Rookies that show off are so darn funny. They always accomplish the opposite of what they are trying to do and don't even know it. "Hey look at me, been riding 4 years now and I can lean over and carve, I'll ride over to that group and show em bet those guys are all saying wow that guy's cool". In reality, "look at that dumbass."

You're one of those guys the OP was referring to, right?

Maybe you should send your out of state manufactured snowmobile back to Minnesota (or Canada for a Ski-Doo) and find a Montana sled to ride.

CMX from Clyde Park makes a pretty damn good sled.

Free PR, Love your avi, maybe your trying to tell yourself something.

And now our special guest, please welcome third time attendee and converted One Ski praisers, the Timbersleds!

Timbersled @ Hawkfest 2013
<hr style="color:#666666; background-color:#666666" size="1"> Figured I would post here because timbersled probably won't.

FYI, to anyone that is going that would be interested in checking out what we got that is new for next year. We will be riding in Cook City on Feb. 15,16 and 17 and will be letting people test our demo bike out. Please come see use and we will arrange a place to meat on the hill so we can accommodate every won that is interested. It will be Tyler our demo ride guy, Rush from the Forum here and myself in our group. We will also be looking for 3 responsible guys that would be willing to ride 3 of our bike up the hill that would be willing to hang out with us for the day.

Here is what we will have there to see:

4 demo bike with our 2014 ST Mtn. Horse kits set up on them. These bike also have all the cool accessories that we recommend that make your snow bike riding experience better.
· Cyclops Penetrator 625 LED light
· Fastway/Promoto Billet foot pegs, handlebar risers and hand guards
· Timbersled factory accessories

We also will have my personal prototype KX 450 with a newly designed Mtn. Horse specific Boondocker Turbo System equipped with our new Titanium ST kit.

Hope to meet and greet everyone that is on Snowest and be able to hang out and talk snow bikes along with doing some quality riding with every won. It’s always fun to see what everyone had done to their bikes and to see all the home built kits as well.

See you there,
Allen

all this trash talk is making me want to go to Island Park or West. My kid is going to be on an M7 because that's what we ride. Went to Cooke with a bud who had a snowhawk years ago. I'm not interested in them but if my son wanted to ride one I wouldn't care as long as he didn't turn into an *** hole who puts down other people who ride something other than what he's on. Let's just have a good time on the snow we all love! :wine: <--- cuz it's the closest to beer I can find LOL

Don't listen to snowhawkcrackaddict. He just says all that crap to get a rise out of people. Go to Cooke and have fun. Or come to West, that would work too. My kids first trips were to Cooke when they were 12. Now they are 17 and 14 and tear it up pretty good. No fear yet. Lol

i've road the all mighty snowhawk on more than one occasion, i'll stick with my "couch". its weird the hawkman bad mouths the two skis but every time we rode with the hawks they'd have to beg a two ski to pack gas so they could get more than 20 miles from the truck.

Yes Please.. :focus:

I can't understand half of the last few posts anyway. I don't know if it's spelling, punctuation or what but, I feel like I'm reading another language... Unless someone can help me out?

This will be the best free advice you will receive on this forum. Please feel free to share with all of your friends.

Maybe someday Hawkman will figure out you get more bees with Honey.
I ride a hawk and love it, I can ride all day in places a sled just cant get to, no one packs my gas.
But I also like sleds and bike kits. To each there own,As long as your having fun, thats all that matters.
We all can and should get along. Bashing someone for what they ride is so Harley like.. And yes, I use to ride one of those two.:focus:
