Cool, did that same thing 2 weeks ago. on top was just a little 1 inch tree, right below the snow was about a 3" that caught the ski and A arm. Went over the bars thinking what the hell? I made it pay with my saw though.

Yeah. My business partners dad was here today. He lives in Sheridan and said they had 4-5" on the ground. I checked snotel (on both sides of the mountain) and only 3-4" of freshy.

went up the grade today, more snow in town than what they got up there. snow was hardpack ice with a few inches on top. hopefully up higher they got more snow.

im gonna be in cooke all next week. cannot friggin wait i heard its been pretty good lately
Was in Horns last weekend, hardpack and melted down badly, need 3-4 ft.
Was wishing we were at Cooke,ending up towing my boys sled in the second day from south of Snowshoe, wasted bout $800 on repairs at dealer in Billings.
