Converting reverse to non reverse

Blew up the mechanical reverse on my 1M 900. This set up looks pretty weak compared to the plain old forward chain case. Anyone know how hard it is to convert the chaincase back to just a forward style.

Was this even an option on these sleds when they were new? All the parts in there look to be arctic cat but I have never seen another sled out there with reverse.

The reverse was avail as an option on these sleds or it could have been added from a kit at the dealer or by a previous owner. I had one of the kits and was going to put it on my 900 but sold it instead. Should be a fairly straight forward swap. Just get the chaincase and internals from a non reverse sled and change it out. GOOD LUCK!
