Thinking about riding on wed 2/23... anyone been up there recently? With all the lost parties yesterday I'd have to assume that the winds been blowing pretty good. Snotel doesn't look too promising.

Yesterday when we were part of the search we were in 7 fools probably 6-8" in there. Later when were out north around deep lake, decent there maybe 10-12". Wind was just plain nasty in the open areas, so as expected they're hard as a rock 'cept where it's blown in.
We were happy to find some decent snow yesterday. Anywhere from 6"-16"+, increasing as we headed West. The base is rock hard, and the snow very light so even 16" felt like more like 6".

If you like alot of powder and can deal with snow and wind, head up top. Found LOTS of powder up there but conditions forced us out. Tomorrow we gonna play around and off of Trail P. Report tomorrow on meadows we find.

Oh yea I know. Only 600 miles on the new pro and I have to park it for the year. The wife is due to have twins in early may and she is already on bed rest, so I'm done.
Yeah, 600 miles is way too few to put on, I can swing by on our way out next week and get some more on for you!
