computer virus

anybody know anything about this virus/worm that is supposed to hit tomorrow or something like that?

Just when I had given up on people here.

Windows has it's problems but most of the problems come from between the keyboard and the chair. If Mac had the market share Windows had there would be just as many viruses for them. I have no desire to learn Mac's since I never see them at home or in my work.

If I didn't work on other people's PC's all the time I wouldn't even know what a BSOD looks like, haven't seen one on my personal computers in 10 years.

Mac is a swear word in my house right now. My old lady's 10 month old MacBook Pro took a dump 10 days ago and she lost 2 completed assignments on it. (I know, her fault for not backing up, but she bought into the Mac hype). Took it back in where she bought it, and while waiting in line at the computer service desk, there were 2 other people with MacBooks. The lady behind us said this was her 3rd trip in with it. At the same time, I'm on my second Compaq notebook which is going on 3 years now, and I gave my previous one to my dad and it's closing in on 6 years old and both are still rocking along. I paid less for those 2 notebooks than what was paid for the MacBook.

Go figure...
