In this chart you can see the victim and offenders for homicides. Blacks kill other blacks...whites kill other whites.

No, there is no proof that its false. Thats just what the race baiters and democratic politicians like to have people believe.

I'm not dismissing police violence. Of course it happens. And there should be disciplinary actions taken when it happens.

But the reason why cops are suspect of black men is because they commit a disproportionate amount of crime vs other ethnicities. Black people make up approx 12% of the population. Then if you take the women and children out, black men make up approx 6% of the entire population of the united states....yet they account for 40-50% of the crimes committed. Those are astounding numbers!!

They don't profile asians you know why? ....because they commit very few crimes, so they know they're chances of getting shot are very low.

So I don't blame cops for being wary when they encounter a young black man. And its a shame that the other black men who are good, law abiding citizens have to get profiled for the misdeeds of the many.

When a cop shoots someone 16 times - The cop's got some serious issues & shouldn't be a cop. Everybody flips out after mass shootings & wants to point out how someone should have seen the signs & prevented it. A cop with anger issues that results in something like this should have been screened. And if they're trained to "empty the clip" - That needs to change.
 
This whole garbage of Nike & Colin Capernick is completely absurd if you ask me. Its a symptom of the ridiculous polarization that is America. We've become the epitome of "hold my beer."
I heard on the radio today of a mayor in some southern town who has banned the wearing of Nike apparel in public parks. Yeah, that one would stand up in court, I'm sure.



It's like those on "the right" are so determined to be further right than everyone else that they border on Fascism.
Meanwhile, those on "the left" are so determined to be further left than anyone they border on Communism, or Anarchism, and in the very least lovingly embrace socialism.


Meanwhile those of us in the middle anywhere are being left out in the cold, called unpatriotic by the right & accused of pandering to the right by the left. My leftist brother thinks I love trump because he's not willing to sit down & listen to my point of view.

Pull your d^%$ heads out & treat people like people. Its ok to have a freakin difference of opinion. Its ok for a billion dollar company to do whatever they want to promote their product or drive it into the ground. A mayor making a law that the 10 year old in the basketball shoes isn't allowed in the park needs his head examined. Violent ANTIFA protests against those in power does not remove those in power. They need their heads examined too. Go to the freakin ballot box & vote. Run for office if your that pssed off about it.

You never know what you will do until you are put in this position.
I know an MHP that pulled over a car at night on the highway. He was at the cars window, the driver was decent and complying. Then the driver pulled a pistol and shot the MHP in the chest, he fell, grabbed his side arm and emptied the clip into the assailant killing him. Weeks later he was investigated for excessive force. For fawks sake, he just got shot in the chest and now he has to practice minimal force????
Its easy to dissect the situation weeks later but in the split second when it happens you defend your life & eliminate the threat.

I would agree the case you're talking about is ridiculous. But the case that I'm talking about was an unarmed black kid. And going further up in the conversation - The idea that 40-50% of crimes are committed by 6% of the population is a fallacy. 40-50% of the convictions are where that # is coming from. You can't tell me all the whites & latinos & asians aren't committing crimes too. I might believe a twice or even 3x the number. But the very fact that that 40-50% number exists is indicative that the system is badly skewed. Never mind that that number feeds into a vicious cycle. The criminal justice system is so locked into mandatory sentencing for all kinds of things. I've got a friend whose schizophrenic brother (who should instead be locked up in a mental institution) was just sentenced to 9 years in prison because the crime happened on a reservation & there was federal garbage that required such & such blah blah. While awaiting trial & sentencing, he broke his hand, foot, shoulder, was kept in solitary confinement with 0 medication & was having hallucinations. Stop trying to fix everything by locking people up & throwing away the key.

Show me some data to prove me wrong or quit trying to make excuses for them.

Yes, of course its convictions. Thats a pretty good indicator.

No-one said other people don't commit crimes. Its just that black people commit a disproportionate amount.


I had a conversation with someone who is a district attorney in PA. He said that black people constantly get released for the SAME crimes as other people simply because they don't want the conviction numbers higher than they already are.

Even for simple things like a parking violation.
White woman and black woman both parked in the SAME handicap spot illegally on the SAME day. Both got a violation but the black woman's was dismissed and the white woman's wasn't. No explanation why, but hers was dismissed.

the Exoneration one in particular I found interesting. Blacks are 12x more likely to be convicted than whites for drug offenses the study showed, but drug use is said to be roughly equal.

I still think the whole thing is absurd. Only nike stuff I've ever worn or had, or my kids was second hand, cuz I'm a cheapskate & they don't pay me to wear their brand.

Only if your trying to get into a “ historically black college”... sounds kind of racist but who am I to judge!!! Or making a porn. Outside of that then probably not but aleast if you’re doing one of those two things that helps keep you from being the 1 out of every 12 black males that’s incarcerated!!!

The point is, that in PA, where its run by democrats, the district attorneys are dismissing low level crimes and infractions by black people so the incarceration numbers dont look worse than they already are.

Not trying to be contradictory so I'll explain further.

Do cops target blacks just because they are black. No, I dont think so.

Do cops profile blacks because of the dispraportionate amount of crimes that they commit. Yes, I'm sure they do. "if black are committing the most crimes then we should pay attention to them"

Big difference between targeting and profiling. Profiling in most cases is just good police work.

When the mafia was in its hay day and law enforcement decided to crack down on them and rid the streets of New York from their crime they profiled Italians. Why? ....because the mafia was 100% Italian.
