I realize that some of the trail specific portions of this are not directly related to snowmobiling but I am sure that you get the idea and a lot of us own wheeled toys that we play with in the really thin snow conditions.

The Colorado Off Highway Vehicle Coalition (COHVCO) is a non-profit
organization formed to protect OHV access across Colorado. COHVCO
consists of a dozen or so volunteers, paid legal counsel and a small
business operation and around 2,000 individual and business members.
Unfortunately, this means we are working on a very small budget, and
it means we have to “pick our battles”. COHVCO is not large enough or
funded enough to fight every trail closure.

As we move into 2011, COHVCO would like to hear from those in the OHV
community on what you feel would make the coalition stronger. We would
like to know your thoughts or feelings on the organization and what we
can do to improve both our business and our communications with our
supporters and those who enjoy access to our beautiful state. We felt
a semi-formal poll might be a good ice breaker as we formulate our
direction for the next few years.

What do you feel COHVCO’s focus should be into the future?

What information or communications would you like to see from COHVCO?

In what format would you like to get information from COHVCO?( Email? Facebook?)

What would make you want to join and contribute to COHVCO and the
protection of our access?

General thoughts?

Facebook seems to be a great way to get the name out and issues published and for the time being, it's free.
