I have a alpine front mount on my 06 apex. Put the sled in the shop to warm it up, then it runs fine, put the sled outside for a bit then it won't start. Is it my fuel box or do I have water somewhere. Anyone have this same problem.

pull the sensing line off the intake press. sensor and check to see if there is water in there. Also check the atmospheric pressure sensor for water/connection, this one is up by the cdi box in the nose of the sled. If the code 20 won't clear, you may have to wire the intake press. up stock, clear the code then wire it back to the fuel controller. I can't remember if it's code 20 or code 14 that will not clear when it comes in unless you do this. As for the fuel controller, I used black silcon all around mine (tons of it, looks like sh!t but has worked so far), and it is still working perfectly. It is also mounted with velcro on the fuel tank panel away from any heat.
