Received the 129 CMX for the new 2016 Factory edition 450SX shop build. The quality is not something typically seen in many products,Very nice design, The skid is moved down and forward compared to other kits, shallow approach angle will climb to the surface quickly and be less prone to trench, the track contacts the snow much further forward than the other kits in the shop.I have been building Mod sleds sled for years and know how this design will get on top the snow much quicker than the other kits and remain very nimble, this minimizes trenching and lightens up ski pressure, the shox configuration is extremely supple and active, there's a reason CMX didn't use the 3 rd shox which allows the ski to lift causing the rear of the track to trench, It will ride like a shorter track and likely be more nimble than a 120 in other brands. they took a great deal of effort in Quality, workmanship, The bearings are top quality and larger than others, the jackshaft machining and components is very nice and beefed up where needed, the track rolls very smoothly with little effort due to the belt drive,Hung from digital scale with no fuel with the kit installed on the new Iron was 297 lbs, This is on the new very lite 450 factory edition model with Air forks.just a few ergonomic changes to suit our riders training style and looking forward to getting out next season.
