clutching way off??

hey guys i just took my 05 summit 144 out for the first time since getting the new engine. i did the break in as they told me and the sled runs awesome. i have my clutch on #2 (1200ft) i was seeing 8000-8100rpm which might be a bit high for the 800ho. 70 mph was the most i could get out of it on the trail. not that i care for the top speed but it just seems low. any ideas?

That maybe sounds a tad low. I dont think i can get much more out of my 06 x 151 though.

Most complaints are due to old springs, They take set and do not perform well. I change twice a year . A one year old spring can be 3/4 inch shorter than new just fron sitting all sumer compressed
