Clutch Help

2000 600, ton of miles on the sled but just did a brand new top end. Runs strong but only pulls 7100 rpm. Clickers on 4 so can’t get much there.
Assuming the clutches are wore out and need refresh. Anyone with suggestions on where to go? Anyone make clutch kits still? Ride 6-10,000ft

I would start by pulling your clutches apart and cleaning them. Replace the bushings and springs with what was in there.

in addition to the clutch work, take the caps off your rave valves & make sure they slide smoothly. If not, loosen bolts & reposition housing. The valves can bind if not centered properly on install.

At one time dynamo joe was the guy for clutch kits. I’m still running one of his in my 03 Summit 800ho. you should be able to buy a clutch rebuilding kit still. I did that in the wife’s 01 800 summit And clean everything up really good.
