got an 02 800 efi, i have 62g weights, yellow/green primary spring, straight 55 helix, and a green sno pro spring in the middle hole.
issue is im at sea level about 1500 ft and can only turn about 7200, tried replacing the secondary spring with what i thought was a good one, but nothing different, is it possible the primary spring is sacked out? also i appear to have alot of dust, like brake dust around the spider and on my weights.
need quick help heading to the snowies next week

hey not to say this isnt a clutching issue but i would check to make sure your power valve cables are connected on the servo motor. this past weekend in cooke city i had my power valve cables come disconnected from the servo motor and my king cat would only turn 7200 rpm. well hopefully this is helpful good luck :beer;:beer;

I was thinking the same as above but I also change clutch springs every other year at the longest so I know what I am working with.

i was thinking it could be the power valves to, but they are connected, and working, might not be adjusted correctly, but im guna look into them, have had a cable go bad and it ran like crap. but thanks for the thought.

If you still got the old 9 tower clutch on there you probably should check out the spring, rollers and cam weight bushings. You should have blowing all that dust out of there quite often, it eats the bushings and rollers up pretty fast on those clutches. If the spring has more than 1000 miles on it, it's sacked out.

turns out my servo is junk, it worked when i tested it after i thought it was working after i put the motor back in. anyone know where to get one, or someone have a used one got a square ecu

i replaced the servo, still no worky, would the ecu be junk? i tied the valves open for the weekend seemed to work pretty good.

I am trying to remember is the stator on those has a separate circuit for the servo motor? If so, that could be your problem.

not sure on this havent tore into the stator, might just drop the dough and get some stm valves
