Clutch alignement

Does anyone have the measurements for the clutch alignment on a 96 summit 670. The online manual I found uses a 3/8 square bar for the alignment tool but the measurements are not matching up. The manual covers 97 and newer. Or does anyone have an alignment tool I could borrow. I'm quite sure I would need to "order" this from the dealer and who knows when it would arrive. Any help or input would be great.

Pulley distance Z 16.5mm +0mm, -1mm
Offset X 35.0mm +/- .5mm
Y-X 1.5mm +/- .5mm

you need the alignment template 529026700 or a 3/8" square bar.
