anyone have any experience with the chip u can install in the skidoo 1000? supposedly it boost the hp up to 200hp is this right? im helping out a friend who is not on this site but has this sled and he wants to know the info. thx

The HP claims are just not real. Pipes, boodocker box, nitrous, are a good start. The 1000 loves nitrous as long as the engine holds together. Check out Bikeman Performance, they have different dyno runs for different configurations. Dootalk.com has alot of info on the 1000 motor.
haha, yeah those chips are a cheap way to destroy your motor in a HURRY! get some nitrous and drop some weight!
