If someone is driving like a mad man I just let them pass so I can let them be on there way. Its not up to me to be a cop- but thats just me. Its sad that someone had to die.

Who cares when he passed or what he was doing........ If he ran him into the ditch for being an idiot whatever, the fact that he aimed a vehicle at 3 people with the intent to cause harm is the rediculous part. It is murder and thats that, it may have not been premeditated but it is still a loss of life caused by him.
