Challenger extreme 2.5 or Peak 2.5

Either one will be good for a turbo. I've ran both. CE on Tapex PEAK on TPRO. I prefer the peak

I've ran the CE 2.5" 9175. On my 1100t with had 280hp. It worked very good and held up just fine.this it the track I'm going for my pro as I put a huge ripe in the stock on.

So Looking at the tracks also for summer project next year extreme 2.5 vs the peak, seems guys really like the peak around here, but should a guy run the single or multi-ply and for what is the reasoning. FYI i'll be doing a 858 kit also if that matters.

ALL the peaks are single ply... the difference is in the stiffness (durometer) of the rubber.

MH, Since you seem to have the inside info on camoplast, If and when will we see all CE updated to the non-sawtooth style?

Also if you type in 9145m into amazon, what is the track pattern that shows up? Way different than I've ever seen.

So what is the advantage of either of these tracks over the stock Polaris 5.1

I am hoping to gain traction by switching to the stiffer and more aggressive CE 2.5" over the stock track. It is for a turbo application and the stock track is overwhelmed and the paddles seem to flatten out and you get a lot of spin instead of bite on during WOT.

In fresh snow...it's very hard to beat the stock track with near-stock power levels, IMO. It relies more on "propulsion" than "bite" which seems to work really good in powder. I think peopled really short change how good it is because it's stock.

If there is a base to bite on, something with a slightly stiffer lug is nice...I haven't ridden a peak, but a 2.5 extreme is tough to beat for an all-around track.

In my experience on my sled. With a turbo the peak out performs the stock poo track in every condition. In powder I can't tell any difference in the CE and peak. But in any other snow the peak just shines. It will find traction in just about any snow. I've never ran the CE or Peak on a naturally aspirated sled so my findings only apply to high hp sleds
