Hey guys I just deleted the reverse in my 1100t with a belanger 800 jackshaft. I put the locking tab washer on the end of the jackshaft and tightened the jackshaft nut down. The 800 parts fiche says after that to just put the retaining ring on and then the gear and then the Belleville spring washer with the bolt in the end of the jackshaft. I used a team 20 t top gear with the team hyvo chain. Seems to be a fair bit of float in the gear, I'd say somewhere around a quarter inch. Does this sound right? I'm in uncharted water right now just wondering what you guys would do.
