LOL........yeah.....probably I was. :face-icon-small-sho

let me guess, and remember i cant see your reply since i'm not a bought-member....

why do mods not show there foot-print or presence at the bottom of the page...active viewing memeber??

i know your reading this, but your name has yet to show up once as "active"

name calling, sure why not, really?? Possibley i missed typed a F not a C, since there sidebyside on the keyboard, and after riding 3 days in a row, and getting stuck 2 dozen times, none of which required a S&R extraction.....

I don't know that BM's can see who has viewed threads, not entirely sure of how that works in the Private areas though. :face-icon-small-blu I'm sure the others can see me there....as I leave my footprint like anyone else. :)

If you TRULY did miss a letter.....then I will apologize. Didn't seem like that to me, but only YOU know your true intention. I saw this come across Treadmill, thus my reaction to jump in with both feet.

And sorry this is over the 75 posts........if Diz wants, he can prune the posts past 75 and put them into a new thread...or I'd be happy to do it if he doesn't want to......if no one passes this along to you.

Not trying to start anything.......I'm just sticking up for myself (for a change). I've thought highly about most of the guys in this section. When Diz first invited me, I didn't know what I was in for. Then the more I read, the more I realized what a great bunch of peeps.......and especially how good of Fathers. There are a lot of men out there who don't take part in the family life, and with their kids........and I was totally impressed that this was such a caring group of guys. It's incredible to see guys so involved in their children's lives. Gave me a whole different view at what many of you were really made up of. :beer;

Treat people on the net like you would in person. WTF? Everybody that I have met on here is really cool in real life. And then, POOF, different behind the keyboard. Cat was invited by Diz, so was I. Nuf said!

I would ride with Cat and anybody else on this forum just to get to know someone. Heck, I showed up in South Fork by myself and ran into the SOCO group and they showed me around. Never knew them, now I have friends for future rides. Chill, why all the hate??? Where is the Diz Icon.....:smokin: Found it!

BTW, I can see Catwoman and Christopher as active members on the bottom of the page. If you know them personally then talk crap about them. If not STFU. Some green some red, don't care.

I think Basic Members don't have the footprint view.

I am a bigger smartarse in person than I am here.....but its all love:heart:

The part that I find really confusing is the bashing Catwoman takes by disgruntled SW's. Would they ever treat a woman like this in the real world and then have their friends join in....I think not.

but Christopher is fair game :face-icon-small-ton

If any of you happen to make it to Glacier National Park way this summer, stop by at the Big Creek Campground, right outside the park (2.5 miles from the back entrance). More than happy to offer you a beer, show ya some great fishing, possibly go on a float.....good times! :)

I was going to be living in helena Mt this summer, I was looking forward to spending some time up there. But now I'm not.

Careful....we just might show up!

:beer;

That would be great if you did! :)

I thought I had heard you were going to be in Helena for the summer. Would be a shame to be that close to Glacier and not make it here.

Invitation is still open....welcome to stop by our camp anytime. Ok, well maybe not at 3am, I might greet you at the door with a .40. :face-icon-small-sho

Is that heading up toward Waterton? We rode the bikes up there a couple of summers ago. What a beautiful area. Glacier is my favorite Park by far.

Google'd it, other side. Would love to Backpack that area! Pet some Grizzly's, go Moose Back Riding. All the fun stuff.

Glacier is a beautiful place. I don't go often, but then I spend the summer on the river that is the border to to the Park. They want to shut down all of the surrounding area where I (and others) spend summer. We do have a LOT of Griz up that direction.

Had one that used to frequent campground the first 2 summers I was hosting. Woke up one morning and she was walking in the field next to my camper. My two grown sons were sleeping in tents, so my Mom instinct kicked in and I took off running across the field in my boxers...a tank...and Birk's chasing after this female Griz. :eek: I didn't even grab my bear spray. :o Guess she knew I was in *Mom mode*, and she then took off toward the campground. I ran back, got my bear spray and truck, and headed her off in the Group camping area. Chased her on foot again, over the bank and into the river. She swam halfway, then started coming back, so I started hucking rocks at her. She finally turned back around, then RAN up the mountain on the other side.

She was a collared bear....and she was finally captured a couple of months later for the 4th time. :face-icon-small-sho She got a "hard release", which we got to go watch and film. Had the Karelian Bear Dogs, and the shotgun with rubber bullets and cracker shells. Very next week she was back doing her same rounds. She met her demise that fall....they think possibly by another bear. Been bear free at camp since then.

There is a marshy little lake, called Mud Lake, about 5 miles from camp...and there is a Bullwinkle that hangs out there, as well as a female with her youngun'. Now and again I see wolves, there are some Otters that run the river and hang out......Bald and Golden Eagles.....just lots of cool animals to see. I love watching the Osprey dive for fish. I don't know how they don't knock themselves out as fast as they go down, and it's not real deep where they do it......but they always come back up with a fish.

Whole different mindset up there....I love it. Really good for the soul. :)

Worked in Colstrip for 5 years and spent allot of time around Red Lodge. We had tracks outside the tent on more than a few occasions. Love Montana, just hard to find work in a clannish area. It is special up there for sure. Would be there in a heart beat. I grew up in Northern Minn in the boonies. Love Wilderness and all that it offers.

What! no black leather suit and whip?? There goes your SW persona for me. lol I had to dig a long way back to find me with hair...
