step 1: bill card after item has shipped step 2:have customer call after receiving product to make sure everything was satisfactory step 3:if no call was received phone customer to find out if everything was satisfactory step 4: if everything was ok thank customer for his business (if not ok do what is necessary to make it satisfactory if this means driving to bank to get a cashiers check and priority overnighting it to customer then do it! step 5:enjoy hassle free transaction and future orders!

if MasterCard pulls his use of cc that will hurt!!

Broken record or not, this forum proved it's effect shortly and I did finally get a response quickly I might add from Team 2 after my initial post and they have been responding imediately by email as well. I was on my last resort with the ever slow MC process of disputing the charge and still will follow through until payment is back in my bank account as well.
The main emphasis on this whole thread was that Team 2 have issues with communication even before this whole fiasco began. They have a phone system that supposedly is controlled by a computer and sometimes messages get lost. Who knows how many people never got calls back after leaving a message looking to buy something?

yeah, I agree. I'm not defending Team2 because I feel like I got the run around with them, but man, people are not making this easier for anyone.
Team2, just call all these people back and make it right. Don't leave any reason for anyone to say anything else.
I also have been getting the run around. I also am in business and understand cash flow, people owe me and i'll pay you then. I've been waiting for $250.00 since the first of janurary. Just want my money back, will not run you down too much and don't want to get my credit card company involved. Just do it asap. thanks
