Sorry to add on, but I have the same issue, i don't see the "start conversation" button when i hover or click on another users avatar. If I click on their user profile I get an "Oops we ran into some problems" message. Any way to get me able to PM/start conversation?

that is one of the many features of a Premium Membership.
Just upgrade.

You need to upgrade your Free User account to a Premium Membership to unlock that feature.
