Cant see !!!!!!!

when i ride my hawk at night i think the liht is terrible worse than any of the normal sleds at home. I realyy love to ride my hawk mor than my other sleds but at night i cant see so i end up riding my rev any one put better bulbs in theirs or somthing. any thoughts apreciated.

i have the bulbs from a 97 ranger in my 503. i just got the plugs and wired them to hawk harness, work great and way more power. i had to rig them up with some zip ties to hold in place but its been great! for some reason or another, i think a zip tie broke and the bulb fell out and burned out right by my truck,so i turned back and stole the bulb out of my truck to ride all night. i also figure any auto store will have my 9007 bulbs but usually never had a stock hawk bulb

i brought my old bulb to my local honda honda shop and told him i heard the 450 quads use a similiar one and sure enough he matched it. they work great too, i ride at night all the time.

i use a helmet light it workes great you can see very well like that

Information on HDI lighting and PIAA for 503

I am switching to HDI lights for my 503. I have done this on several applications in the past. Super bright lights, that are very dependable. Below is a link:

Use the kit that has H1 bulbs, they are 1in long and about an inch in Diameter. Also do not buy a motorcycle kit as you will only get one bulb. The kit is $135.00. So not cheap, but the bulbs will not burn out.

I know some of you are running PIAA H6M AVT Bulbs35 for the front and
PIAA XTR WHT 1157 27 for the rear.

As far as cost goes on the PIAA $50.90 for two front bulbs and $18.95 for one rear.

Do that a few times and you might as welll have bought an HDI kit.
