Searched around and can't find any inserts for my sons sled. It has cleanouts toward the rear but nothing up front. It's a different setup than the pro chassis. Any suggestions.

Pretty sure the Better Boards for the 144 IQ RMK will work.

Problem... I believe that that comes with factory tunnel braces... you would probably need to remove those first.
IMO... order the extra heavy duty models with black pow coat.
The 2012 and 2013 600 RMK-144's are the same tunnels as the 2011 and 2012 Switchback Assaults..

skinz makes airframes now!
Also make a template out of cardboard and take it to a laser and fab shop, bet they can make you inserts for under $100. I know a guy that made the bumper inserts for like $4 a piece how much does big companies?? $20?? $30??
