Now how does Ottawa get that jack boot kicking police chief out of there and get one with some backbone and won’t resign under pressure like the last one.

That jack boot will have to be taken out from the inside .
There is some really bizarre things going on , this guy popped in out of no where and left the same way taking a job with Providence , the only providence around here is the hospital and the rest of the story is your best guess .
