If Quebec votes were removed from the count what would the number be like then, still a minority government, a majority government or a new party in power?
As far as a minority government is concerned I think its good for Canadians. It will (hopefully) force the political parties to communicate more and cooperate to govern. A majority government can just ram through anything it wants for 3 of its 4 years in power because no one has the power to stop them. Look at the last majority governments we had, the opposition couldn't do anything support or defeat. At least now no one party has complete (dictatorship) control.
