Can I get an honest opinion on bear lodge this weekend?

Im heading out friday and was wondering what its like right now. Wondering as I have heard both good and bad. I was just wondering as I will head somewhere else instead i bad is the case.

there is plenty of snow but need fresh pretty bad--suppose to snow 8" wed and wed. nite--that would make it a great weekend

Thank you T/A our plan was to ride bighorns for a couple days and possibly head to Cooke, but wouldn't mind just staying in the horns for a change of pace.

you'll find better snow the further south you go. Lots of people stay at Bear Lodge or one of the other lodges at Burgess Junction, and ride south during the day! The snow is definitely awesome, we've had about half a foot of fresh over the last few days. Keep checking out our snowcam at www.rangercreekranch.net for latest pics on the snow. OK, well, not today, but tomorrow we'll show a pic of the snow again!

was up there last week and plenty of snow not just alot of fresh powder. First time to the northern big horns and the riding was great and had a blast...anything is better than iowa ditches. You will/can have fun just need to do some exploring.

me and couple class mates were up there over the weekend and have found some pretty good snow. service was great.... as good as it gets upgraded rooms for free rode with the owner.... still had a great time even though it took 4 trucks to make it there what a joke.!. but overall great conditions but could definatley use some fresh

We thought it was going to flat out suck last week, and it turned into one of
our better trips.

Our buddy from Utah said he was acually impressed with the snow.
Keep in mind, we hunted sucessfully and first tracked a lot of areas.

Just got home from the passage! road last weds to mon. riding was good just had to explore alittle! if your into riding more so i the woods then thats where u wanna be!

just got back from out there, and the passage about the only thing good they got going for them is the price of their rooms. service sucked, cold food, messed up orders. think we had 2 meals right the whole week. but the snow is excellent just gotta search and get away from the parking lot cowboys. found headlight deep snow all day yesterday.
