I could ride McCall, Tollgate, and still ride Salmon La Sak without buying seperate tags for each state!!

You're exactly right!!
I know why they require stickers for each state (pay for grooming) but on dirt bikes you only need a sticker in the state you live and you are good to go for other states too. I think its kind of b.s. that sledders have to fork out the extra dough especially when a lot of us don't even ride groomed trails.
I would be brave enough to say there are A LOT of people in West WA that would share the same beliefs of east Wa. I find that most of my spare time is spent over there, work and children keep me here. Small pockets of a lot of greens ( seattle, downtown oly, ok-all of oly, here and there but I find that I am not alone with my beliefs) it is frustrating though to be in and around all of that save everything but humans mentality.
I was born in Mt. Vernon, Grew up all over Whatcom Co. Mom and Dad still live in B-ham. I have no intention of ever moving back.
I grew up in the county, and used to ride my dirtbike all over the hills, but it's all houses now.
But mainly it's the "save everthing but the humans mentality" I hate most as well.
Spray for mosquitoes and the libs take off. Our town did that but we
need a second spraying. My exwifes house would be a good staging

I hate having to buy seperate tags even through the only place I need to go out of idaho is to wyoming and possible a ride or 2 to utah. If they are going to charge it should be like wy. it's cheaper then registering here in idaho. well used to be at least. not sure about this year.

it is tough, I live within pistol shot of the border. I honestly am not much into politics, cause every time I look it is some vinegar-water bag doing something to "protect" my side of the state for the 3 days he/she might come over here. I just get all giddy when I roll by a rainbow stickerd subaru in my diesel dodge with a black haze pouring out. you are not welcome here. come and enjoy it for what it is.......DO NOT TRY TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN.
