Buying land in prime riding areas? Anyone done it?

our property is for sale, 2.3 acres on bull lake ( most lake front of all lots on the lake) 2 story cabin 1900 SQft with a beach house ( 2 story 10x20 about 25 feet off the water )
ride with the guys from 509 in the winter and with a short summer ( 4-5 months) you get back riding again quick.

Who would be some of the better realtors in the MT,WY, ID area that deal on these kind of properties? I would love a place at IP too. I just hate sorting through all the garbage at every website to find ones ur interested in.

I own a lot in Island Park that I bought a couple of years ago while living in Lake Tahoe. Wanted to put a cabin on it but it was 12hrs+ from Tahoe so I lost the motivation. Too much driving time. I now live in McCall and I am thinking about selling the IP lot and buying something closer so I could actually use it. If its too far away you will never use it. Also difficult to build in small mountain towns when you are an outsider from California LOL!!!

Property is in Yale Creek Subdivision, 1ac, right on creek, in the trees and Mt Jefferson area access from property!
