This 08 Doo had a little issue the weekend of 1/17/09. From what I was told by one in the group is that it started when the electrical system shut down. It was surmized that the chain case overheated and melted some wires that started this...

That guy must of had insurance, you would think he would have been a little more eager to put it out. Cool video, revs burn good

Yes, luckily he had insurance. Still I would think it would still be a pain in the azz being without a ride until insurance is settled.
He did try to put it out with snow when first discovered but apparently without success until the oil from the reservoir started to go.
