Burandt boards

Ken's Sports online store in Wi. has the Burandt boards for $199. they also got the Airframes for $379. Free shipping....best deal in the country! The RSI dumpers are suppose to be really good for the IQ's as they go deep into the footwell. I paid $159.

crap BC... i've been trying 2 keep them a secret! :face-icon-small-coo
if you guys need a track i would check them out for sure, some of the cheapest prices around.

How do you get free shipping?

If the burandt boards dont work for you get fu boards by mountain fit. I have the plate style and they are better than stock but to build up a bit mainly at the rear by the rear suspension hanger at the flats. A friend had fu boards and in handle bar deep pow i had build up and he had absolutely none. Also Brett Rasmussen used the same plastic style too prior to airframes.

Here are the RSI dumpers installed.

Save your self a headache and drop the suspension and put the sled high up.
The front foot well is tight and you need too cut quite amount of metal.
The difficult areas are in the rear with the drop bracket. If i had the change to do it againt i would drill out all the rivets in the rear and cut away everything that is needed.
Or else it does not look that good.

Drop the suspension to get to the problem areas, and to hammer down rivets inside the tunnel.

I picked up my RSI Dumpers today and started cutting my stock off. These are by far the sickest looking boards ive seen with massive holes fo evac! No problems with the suspension bracket....just drill out the rivets and scored the top board till i could break it off. I got the black ones. Pics soon!

anyone thought about just cutting bigger holes into their stock boards? Would it make them way too weak without the extra layer of thin aluminum on top?

You might find yourself riding a Flintstone mobile with your feet on the ground. There isn't much meat there to begin with, so you couldn't make much bigger holes without sacrificing strength.

and BC... im eagerly anticipating the RSI Dumpers review and pics!! I have been considering those exact inserts/boards on my 10 assault. Even if i could find the Skinz Air Frames in stock somewhere, i almost can't justify the $379+ price tag.

If you don't want to spend a bunch or do any real work on your boards, you need to PM madsigntist and get his plastic inserts, they are the bomb!!! You would be much happier with these vs hacking up your stock boards.

madsigntist makes these inserts for the IQ's? i saw some pics of some plastics inserts on here somewhere... but they where for the Pro's.

you are going to have build up right there, thats where mine do. Going to get out the hole saw kit and the shears and see if i can remove more material

looks like a tricky spot... what does RSI recommend a guy does in that spot? per the instructions that is!

are they more rigid than the stock boards? how's the snow evac? Looks like they would work really well.
