Who gets to pay for those poor bastards?
One year moratorium
It means the rest of the country will pick it up, be expecting to see another rate increase.
Prove me wrong?
No different the the pro rate on roofs today, all the insurance companies have gone to it, better hope if there's any damage your buildings have a new roof to begin with otherwise your gonna need to take out another loan.

I talked about that reverse mortgage in our family that went back to the bank that then went to HUD. Well it's been I think five years. It's still vacant and unkempt.
We could of bought it when it went back to the bank but actually thought it was a good thing and would of went to someone that needed it. We also know there is other property that they are sitting on now, maybe it's just because the government is also sitting on thier ass.
Who actually sits down and thinks this chit up, what a wake up call getting older, one day thinking your building something for the family and it could be all gone because society convinced them it's to much work.

My first house was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car garage, 55,000.
