My wife and I were staying at a hotel in Walden Colorado along with 15 other members of our Colorado Blizzards Snowmobile club. This past Friday night 1/04/13 (Saturday morning) about 2:00 AM some snowmobilers with way too much alcohol in their system woke up the entire motel with shouting and fighting. This carried on until the local police were called and the offending individuals were taken into custody. Many people from South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa were staying at that same hotel that night.
The next day about 9:30 AM our club members drove to Buffalo pass to snowmobile where we unloaded our sleds. Much to my surprise my snow jack was missing of my sled.
My wife and I have been snowmobiling nearly 25 years and have relied on this jack to get us and many of our friends out of many situations. It is hard for me to believe that a fellow snowmobiler could steal a vital piece of survival equipment from my wife and I or from anyone for that matter. We use this jack just about every time we go sledding, helping our friends getting out of those situations we all get into from time to time.

That's a bum deal dood. People think Im crazy because I take my tether with me at lunch stops and take it inside with me for the night.................now I guess I gotta bring my jack with me too!
