Breakin Thread

There was a thread on here not that long ago that contained a link to a website where this guy breaks in engines by running them hard and not babying them, contrary to popular belief. I searched and came up with nothing, anybody remember this.

It seems to work out. There are guys on here that run boost from mile 0 and dont seem to break any more than the guys that baby it.
