Brake noise

Maybe this has been posted up but does your brake on your pro seem to have a high pitched noise or whine to it?? Nothing seems wrong working great I am just curious. Also the brake light stays on sometimes I have checked and there is no drag at all it goes off all on it's own as well only does it on deep powder days.

I had my parking brake light come on today when riding in over the hood powder. Messed with the brake lever, but light still stayed on. The brake wasn't dragging. The rear brake light was working properly. Also, had to pull on the throttle when we would stop in order to get the sled to idle down.

Ya mine was bad but it did get better after about 300 miles but it is still there.

Ya, x2 on the p brake light. It was there for most of a ride one day in really cold temps and then gone again and hasn't come back.
Don't get the brake noise unless I apply the brake, then it sounds cooool!

I ride with 5 other pro's and there is a whine coming from the brake. Doesn't seem to be a problem, just makes noise. Any known reason?

I think it is the design of the rotor that creates the whistling/whine? Then again the brake pads may need time to break in? MIke

Mine has a little brake whine almost all the time. 800+ miles and I don't really see any odd brake wear going on so, I wouldn't lose any sleep. As for the light staying on...it just takes the smallest amount of snow in the brake lever and my light stays on too.
