BOOST-IT Apex kit

Stickers?

I have something to complain about.. My Boost-it didn't come with any "Boost-It" stickers like the ones shown above! Oh well I guess having a sled that finally runs is a fair trade off for no stickers. What a great kit and easy to tune.. Love the 250rpm increments for adjusting, so smooth now!!

Sorry Sean, they went in the mail today!:face-icon-small-hap.

If I missed anyone else, or if someone wants more, then let me know and we will get them out.

Give me a sticker and I'll put on my piece of sheet arctic cat. Man I miss Yamaha quality.....and power!

Really?

Neil I was kidding!! But thanks, I can cover up some other stickers with them! I went for one last burn tonight before putting her to bed, still spot on! Can't wait for next season.

Are you able to make this work with the Boondocker kit on the Apex?
It seems every kit runs a bit different depending how compression and cam timing are changed. Turbo size, charge system size and efficiency, exhaust, and even clutching make a difference.
The difference between this system and all of the others, is that you can fine tune throughout the entire boost rpm range on your sled without a laptop, and it only takes a few seconds to make adjustments.
I have base settings for the Apex which will be very close right from the start.

I was wondering if it fits on the intercooler and clears the hood or brackets etc. ok?

If you look at the pics at the top of this page, you will see it fits fine.

From what I have seen, the BD Apexes need more help than most with fueling.

I want to put this on my Impulse Apex. Will the injectors fit in the i/c okay? What else would I need to buy...fuel pressure regulator? Can it be used with the prologger?

you need a 1to1 regulator most intercoolers have the same size plenum, but neil could tell you with a simple measurment dont know if he has done a impulse apex yet.the system is independent so it does its own thing, you could use the prologger to log runs for rpm & af but neils box records af reading every 250rpm & you can ajust acordingly.

I have looked at the Impulse intercooler and it will fit with no problems.

The stock regulator works because it is already vav/boost referenced. You can add a regulator if you need more adjusment with fuel pressure.

It can be used with the Prologger if you already have one.
