BOOST-IT Apex kit

Here it is boys and girls!
After many hard miles testing and trying to figure out the best fuel delivery system for clearance, this is what we came up with.

We have extra injectors for low boost, up to 16 lbs and high boost injectors up to over 400 hp. We have made the install relatively user freindly, and still keep the tuning user friendly.

Darren from E&S was gracious enough to send me a MPI equipped Apex to do some testing for the Supercharged sleds.

I know the Turbo sleds work good with this application, and really wanted to try and help the S/C guys out, so testing with the first ever BOOST-IT S/C sled will start tomorrow.

Anyway...enjoy the pics:face-icon-small-hap

Neil, pm me a price on this setup. Have an 07 apex with 19t mc x kit. Thanx Ryan. You have kits ready??

that looks SICK!!! If I had an apex, I know what would be fueling it.

Good work on coming up with a practical solution to high demands of the modern turbo systems... that anyone can tune. and by the sounds of it.. she seems to be working quite well...

Why do these pictures of your kit look so different? Different injector bosses?
Yes sir. The Apex has some clearance issues we had to deal with, so we elected to make something similar to the biggest distributor of snowmobile turbo kits in the world.:face-icon-small-win

Now you got my attention, those look great. Nice clean look, better keep one of those for me for after new years. :whoo:
No problem Duke. That box is actually stacked 4 deep so I should be good for a bit.

Neil, did you get the wiring harnesses setup for Apex MCX kits?
My Harness works with slight modifications. The guy who builds my stuff just is not satisfied with the MCX injector wiring harness, especially for the 4 cyl where all the load is put through two wires. It sounds like we will have a new harness with slightly smaller guage wire for better fitment in the MCX Apex and Nytro intercoolers.
At this point I am completely out of fuel controllers, and will not see any more until mid Jan. I have started a waiting list, and it is growing quickly. We have shipped and installed almost 50 kits so far, and I have ordered 150 more.

Going to test this S/C Apex...right now!

Did you get a chance to test the S/C Apex?
Yes sir! I was waiting until Darren at E&S rode the sled today before I replied. He told me it is much better than before, and he loves the fact he can dial the fuel anywhere-anytime within seconds.

I must say that this was one of the coolest boosted sleds I have ever ridden. I always heard that the S/C had no lag, and never really thought our front mounts had much lag, but this Apex was like riding a dirtbike. You could wack the throttle and no hesitations or stumbles, it just pulled hard. Apparantly this sled had stalling problems when letting off the gas before, but now it just returns to 1500 rpm everytime you dump it. Pulled really hard at WOT too! I must say, it was a blast to ride.

We are now working on a kit specific for the MPI Apex's that will include a fuel pump, injector rail, injectors, fuel lines and fittings, and of course a fuel controller with pelican case. We should have kits by end of Jan.or so.:face-icon-small-coo
