Out testing on the weekend with the cut skidoo track. What difference, ground speed is amazing compared to the 2.75. I actually have traction in deep powder.

Yes. This is my most current set up. Engagement is down to 3900 and smooth. Belt and clutch temps are down with this set up. The more aggressive clutching and gear down ( 2.38 vs 2.27) are very consistent. Peak rpm is 8350-8400. Track speed is the same with the skidoo track but my ground speed has increased substantially. My next trip i will be testing the team tied secondary.Awesome video Red! Is that with the last clutching setup you mentioned in the other thread? What top rpm were you pulling? Engagement RPM? Any belt temp issues? Any things you are going to tweak?
table saw and patience... make sure you measure correctly!!!!how did you cut it down to 15"? I have a doo 165 I will be cutting down to try on my boost, just wondering how people did it.
