Have a 12 pro with the pump gas turbo no innercooler, has controller with built in ebc, it has a 6 pound waste gate, with the ebc set at 6 psi the max pressure is showing up to 9.2.psi checked the ebc plumbing looks good, the waste gate seems adjusted correct. Boondocker has been very helpful but has anyone else come across this, if so how what did u do to fix this thanks. The sled run really good at this with good afr numbers

You may have too much tension on the wastegate rod. Pull the arm off and loosen it a turn
I agree, your actuator spring is too tight limiting how low your boost will go. I bought an adjustable actuator from BD because I ride in lower elevation sometimes. I can run all the way down to 4#s.
