Boondocker error "PTO injector error"

I have a boondocker box on my 06 M7 w/ RKT bigbore. When the sled idles it doesn't error out. But when I'm on the gas it pops somewhere around 3/4 to WFO. Can't really tell when I'm on the gas as it's a little hard to see but after I slow down, it's on the screen....PTO injector error.

Thus far I've re-plugged in the connectors at the PTO injectors, tested and it came back. What else should I be looking for?

Going to call Boondocker on Monday and see what they have to say, a little late right now.

TTT for ya

I have an 06 M7 turbo doing the same exact thing, let me know what you find out on this.

Did you just put the boondocker box on your sled? You might try switching the wires in the factory injector plugs around and see what the box reads. I know I had to do that on my older non turbo box I have on my M8.

This happenend to me when one of my twin pipes was rubbing the injector wire and shorting it. It was pinching between the top of the fuel rail and the pipe

Check and make sure your wires are all the way in the connector they could be loose causing this issue.

Yes, check your wires. I also had this problem and one of the wires from the injector was rubbing. The part with the bare wire was really small but was still shorting out. Put some tape on it and its been fine ever since. Good Luck!

I had this same problem first few rides it would also flash xxx injector error one time it shut down. Boondockers said check the wires, I did. Same problems next ride. It did it more in the higher rpms. I got a used box so I would have one to ride with If I needed to send it in. The used box came with a new wiring harness. So I replaced the old harness with a new harness and the problem went away ran flawless. So if you can't find your problem maybe order just the harness from boondocker and try that. I also had my ground in the motor with the old harness. I swithed it over to a screw on the chassis to the frame like the instructions said.
